Today, we bow our heads in profound sorrow and respect as we mourn the passing of the Eng. Rt. Hon. Raila Odinga, EGH, former PrimeMinister of the Republic of Kenya – a visionary leader, an enigma, and a true Pan-Africanist whose courage, conviction, and lifelong service to humanity will forever illuminate the pages of our history.
An engineer by training and a reformer by destiny, Rt. Hon. Odinga was more than a political leader – he was a movement. A symbol of hope, resilience, and unyielding faith in the promise of a better Africa. His unwavering stand for democracy, justice, and equality inspired not only Kenya but an entire continent that saw in him the spirit of a liberated and united Africa.
As a statesman, his wisdom transcended borders.
As a patriot, his love for Kenya was boundless.
As a Pan-Africanist, his voice echoed the heartbeat of a continent yearning for dignity, progress, and self-determination.
